Day Two
Monjo to Namche (10,633 feet) - 2.5 Hours
We wake and have breakfast and are back on the trail by 7.30. We quickly learn that the routine of this trek will be:
1. Breakfast at 7am
2. Walk at 7.30
3. Walk for 3-4 hours
4. Break for lunch at 11am
5. Dinner at 6pm
6. Bed at 7.30
There's a killer walk up to Namche and by the time we get there we're both exhausted. Luckily, day three is a rest day so we'll have plenty of time to relax and recover.
